Shipping charges will be priced according to location.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase. At Domain 38 we are committed to our customers and satisfaction is important. We back our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Please contact email@example.com for the return shipping address if you would like to return within 30 days. You may return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, email tracking information, name and order# to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly refund you one your sign is received undamaged and in good condition.
NOTE: It is the customer responsibility to return your product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Domain 38 does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. Once product returned and reviewed, a refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking will be updated & and a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided at the time of purchase. Allow (4) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.
My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
- Take a digital photos of your damaged product and the shipping box it arrived in (if the package is also damaged).
- Attach all your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. Be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement within 72 hours.
